Buying a home is such a huge milestone, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through it than Lacey Stone. From day one, her knowledge and confidence put me at ease, and she never hesitated to answer my questions—whether it was early in the morning or even 9 or 10 at night. Any time I struggled with uploading documents, all it took was a quick text and she handled it without hesitation by uploading it herself. We were even able to close early!!!! What truly set Lacey apart was her dedication. My work schedule doesn’t fall within normal business hours, but she still made sure I stayed updated daily (even if nothing changed) and supported every step of the way. She even kept in touch while she was on vacation—something I felt bad about, but she genuinely seemed excited to help. It’s rare to find someone who cares that deeply about helping people start a new chapter in their lives. I’m incredibly grateful to have had Lacey as my mortgage loan originator.
