Casey was amazing to work with. We had a lot of obstacles to jump through with our lot, and he was there for us every step of the way. He answered the phone every time I called or texted, no matter what time of day it was. He explained everything we had questions about thoroughly and made sure we fully understood what was going on. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a loan on a house or refinance!

Suzanne did an amazing job and was willing to work with my schedule to get everything done. Which can be extremely difficult with my house but she was more than happy to accommodate her schedule to make things work. I have worked with her in the past prior to this and choose to use her again as I was impressed before and continue to be impressed. I will happily utilize her again for the future.

They provided detailed rate comparisons, walked me through different loan scenarios, and were always quick to answer questions—no matter how small. What stood out most was their professionalism and genuine willingness to help me make an informed decision, rather than just trying to close a deal. I felt confident in their expertise and appreciated how straightforward they were about costs, timelines, and expectations. Ultimately, I chose to go with a preferred lender tied to my builder, but it was a difficult decision because of how great my experience was here. I attended a class that Cami and Ashley put together specifically for self-employed buyers, and it was an excellent experience. They provided a lot of valuable information and gave thoughtful, thorough answers to a wide range of questions that came up throughout the session.I was also pleasantly surprised by the activities they included. They really helped get you thinking, encouraged meaningful questions, and made it easier to understand and put everything into perspective. On top of that, they had a refreshment table with yummy donuts, which is always a nice touch. Overall, it was a very thoughtful and well-put-together class. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for guidance.

Dealing with Jasson was a big mistake, his lack of paying any personal attention to our file caused the deal to fall through and we are truly heartbroken over our transaction falling apart last minute! Typical over promise and no delivery whatsoever and there was complete lack of transparency all the way until the deal fell apart! We were constantly assured that this deal would go through and everything was fine and we missed out because of him. We do not "at all" recommend him or Motto Mortgage Precision as a business.

Cody Estes worked miracles as we were moving from Alaska to Wyoming. He expertly navigated the best loans options for us and gave us negotiation power in our closing for buying down our interest rate. He took the time to explain everything in terms we understood and helped us make the best decision for our needs. Not only this, he went above and beyond.
