Jeni is one of the best when it comes to mortgage. As an investor rental properties who was struggling to qualify for a home loan, she understands the qualification process intricately and she has moved mountains just so I can qualify and get pre approved. Her team is really good specifically when it comes to communication and a positive attitude. I'll be calling Jeni for my next rental property.

The transactions involved detailed documentation and several lender-level issues that required clarification and correction. He gave me the time to consider my options and wasn't pushy, but also provided me those timelines. He listened and understood what we needed and why we were refinancing.
