I’m Miguel Santamaria, a dedicated mortgage broker passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership through personalized lending solutions. 

With years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve built my career on hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to guiding my clients every step of the way.

Community work is at the heart of who I am. I’ve been honored to serve with NHORA Monterey County as their Founding President and as the National Vice- President for the NHORA Foundation, where I’ve worked alongside an incredible team to expand access to housing education, support economic growth, and create opportunities for families and professionals in our community. 

Through NHORA, I’ve been part of initiatives that provide scholarships, advocate for affordable housing, and empower real estate and lending professionals to better serve diverse communities.

For me, success isn’t just about closing loans — it’s about opening doors, creating opportunities, and making a lasting difference in the lives of those I serve.
