Karma Herzfeld

Karma has been helping individuals and families realize their dreams of homeownership for over 20 years. She helped start the first Motto Mortgage Broker franchise in the state of Arkansas and has enjoyed watching the company grow since opening in late 2017.

Karma enjoys helping families realize their dreams of homeownership while offering superior customer service. Her attention to detail and focus on the best mortgage loan experience for her customers has helped her win multiple awards from Motto Mortgage.

Karma has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hendrix College, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

She is married to Circuit Judge Robert Herzfeld, and has two sons, Leo, age 24, and Hank, age 23, who both attend the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.. She enjoys fitness classes, especially yoga and zumba, paddleboarding and spending time outdoors with her dogs, Hans Gruber, and Sydney.
