I attended a class that Cami and Ashley put together specifically for self-employed buyers, and it was an excellent experience. They provided a lot of valuable information and gave thoughtful, thorough answers to a wide range of questions that came up throughout the session.I was also pleasantly surprised by the activities they included. They really helped get you thinking, encouraged meaningful questions, and made it easier to understand and put everything into perspective. On top of that, they had a refreshment table with yummy donuts, which is always a nice touch. Overall, it was a very thoughtful and well-put-together class. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for guidance.
Dealing with Jasson was a big mistake, his lack of paying any personal attention to our file caused the deal to fall through and we are truly heartbroken over our transaction falling apart last minute! Typical over promise and no delivery whatsoever and there was complete lack of transparency all the way until the deal fell apart! We were constantly assured that this deal would go through and everything was fine and we missed out because of him. We do not "at all" recommend him or Motto Mortgage Precision as a business.
