The third annual Motto MILE conference inspired the Motto Mortgage network of franchise owners and loan originators with an informational and actionable keynote from Todd Duncan, educational industry trainings, lively networking opportunities and a swanky awards ceremony that celebrated the best of the best. The MGM Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada housed an energetic and upbeat camaraderie during the four-day conference, hosted by Motto Franchising, LLC.
The event began on Saturday, February 22nd, with an evening of sips and swings at MGM Grand’s Top Golf where Motto mortgage professionals from across the country mixed and mingled. Attendees got studious on Sunday at continuing education sessions then dressed to impress for the evening’s awards ceremony, hosted by Motto Franchising’s President, Ward Morrison. This weekend showstopper celebrated the impressive achievements of Motto Mortgage offices, owners and loan originators.
Monday maximized on the festive energy from the night before with exhilarating advice from Todd Duncan, one of the mortgage industry’s foremost experts. His core message highlighted the importance of creating value and loyalty through genuine relationships. “If you want your clients for life, you need to talk to them for life,” proclaimed Duncan. Freddy Rodriguez, broker owner of Motto Mortgage Plus left the keynote feeling focused and motivated. “He’s given me more clarity on what I need to do to grow my business and I’m excited for the future,” Rodriguez said.
Motto leadership followed Duncan’s rousing keynote with network updates. Tuesday, February 25th marked the end of the Motto MILE conference and offered attendees customizable learning tracks for their specific business needs.
Most importantly, Motto MILE 2020 allowed network mortgage professionals to collaborate and confer with colleagues. As Keith Pike, owner of Motto Mortgage Alliance shared, “I sincerely enjoy coming to MILE every year. It gets me energized and helps me formulate new ideas to grow my business, especially during the networking events when I have the opportunity to connect with other offices and learn from what they are doing, so I don’t have to reinvent the wheel. That is experience you can’t buy.”
The Motto MILE Summit was sponsored in part by: Quicken, Finance of America, UWM, Plaza, Caliber, Michigan Mutual, C2C, Total Expert, Credit Plus, Outbound Engine, First Funding, Blink Signs, People’s Processing and Paychex.
