My husband and I are first time home buyers and we met Brenda at an open house in February. Although we did not move forward with the house, we decided to stay in contact with Brenda due to her kindness, honesty and wealth of knowledge. After months had gone by my husband and I found the property that suited our needs and a builder we saw had great bones. She quickly obtained a pre approval and continued to educate us and provide resources throughout the build process. As the estimated closing date was pushed a few times followed by the real estate agents preferred law firm having a miscommunication about closing - Brenda helped out drastically and stood by our side to support and represent us throughout it all. We are forever grateful for her patience, kindness, loyalty and support. She read every tedious document and even made calls to have paperwork corrected.
