"There is so much mention... Between David, Sally, and Olivia communication was everything. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. David was always checking that my wife and I were ok, and if we had any questions. Sally stayed on top of making sure that our papers were in order... and Olivia... VERY sweet. Always keeping us up to date on papers that needed signing or if I had any questions about any areas of the process.... BUT!! There are two things that reall stand out to me... 1. I was done work one night and I got home about 11:45pm... I had a question, so I emailed Sally with the question. Normally when you send an email late at night the expectation is a response the next day... I got out of the shower after midnight and there it was... a response email from Sally. With an answer to my question and recommendations of resource sites. I was really impressed with that. 2. David... It has been one week since we closed and even today he is still in contact with me forwarding news articles on mortgage rates or just checking in on us and how we are doing...
