We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mortgage Loan Originator who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will excel at providing fast, and easy mortgage solutions, guiding clients through the loan process with expertise and integrity. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding clients' needs, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to closing.
● Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
● No mortgage origination, or lending experience required
● Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
● Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required

● Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, title companies and other related industry professionals
● Manage your pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
● Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
● Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
● Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with real estate agents, and your community to attract new business
● Interact with customers, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
