2+ years of active experience

Responsibilities

  1. Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success
  2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Loan Origination Software
  3. Knowledge of FHLMC, FNMA, FHA, USDA, Jumbo, VA and Non-QM
  4. Knowledge of Fixed-Rate, Adjustable-Rate, and Interest-Only loan terms
  5. Success in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Active MLO license through the NMLS
  8. High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  9. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
