YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build Community Connections: Actively network by joining local clubs, volunteering at events, participating in business groups, and engaging with prospective clients.

• Provide Exceptional Client Support: Guide clients through the mortgage loan process with clear, professional communication and a focus on their needs.

• Stay Industry-Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure accuracy.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Active NMLS License: Must hold an active NMLS license or be in the process of obtaining one.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a non-standard schedule, including evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.

• Tech Proficiency: Ability to learn mortgage software and CRM tools efficiently.

• Commitment to Accuracy and Detail: Securely handling loan documents and adherence to compliance requirements.

YOUR FINANCIAL EXPERTISE

• Understanding of mortgage products, lending laws, and financial principles.

• Familiarity with credit analysis, income verification, and risk assessment.
