Chad Turner

Colorado is in my blood. I was born in Denver, grew up in Durango, and have spent my whole life in this state. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2001 with a degree in Journalism, then spent the next 23 years in the automotive industry learning the one skill that matters most in any business — people.

In early 2026 I made the move into mortgage lending, joining Motto Mortgage Legacy Group in Greeley. The transition felt natural. Whether I’m helping someone buy a car or a home, the job is the same: listen, communicate clearly, and help people make confident decisions without feeling lost in the process.

I’m based in Fort Collins now, close to my son, and deeply connected to this community. I’m a native — I do the outdoor things, I show up, and I genuinely care about the people I work with.
