About Dan Gennarelli
Buying a home can feel like learning a new language — one filled with rates, terms, and enough paperwork to wallpaper a small house. That’s where Daniel Gennarelli comes in. With over 25 years in mortgage banking and more than $500 million in closed loans, Daniel has helped hundreds of people turn “someday” into “we got the keys!”
Known for his calm, straightforward approach (and sense of humor when things get hectic), Daniel believes the mortgage process shouldn’t be stressful — it should be smart, smooth, and even a little enjoyable. He’s built his career on simplifying the complex, managing every detail, and making sure clients feel informed and confident from the first conversation to the final signature.
A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daniel’s background in Aeronautical Science taught him the value of precision and focus — traits that come in handy when navigating financial turbulence. He’s also a Certified Flight Instructor and Airline Transport Pilot, but these days he’s more interested in helping people land the right loan than the right runway.
When he’s not helping buyers reach their homeownership goals, Daniel’s usually watching the markets, exploring real estate projects, or pretending to “relax” by checking interest rates for fun.
Favorite part of the job: Watching clients turn the key to their first home.
Least favorite: When someone says, “I just have one quick question…” (It’s never quick.)
Personal motto: “Keep it simple, keep it smart, and keep it moving forward.”
