We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Assistant (LA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring customer service or sales experience and a strong drive to succeed. This role supports our Loan Officers in managing the mortgage process from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an outstanding client experience. May also assist in other office tasks.
Customer service or sales experience is required (mortgage/real estate background preferred but not required).
Highly motivated to succeed with the discipline to take initiative and push projects forward.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning mortgage software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
